Had both our engagement and wedding shoot with Nicola. I swear the engagement shoot only took about 10-15 minutes yet she managed to take so many beautiful and varied photos of the two of us despite the weather not playing ball! A surprise welcome pack was sent out quickly after we booked in our date and was a lovely and thoughtful touch. We also liked the fact she's quite assertive in terms of what to do/when/where in order to get the best photos. Its also helpful when you have a big hard-to-corral family for group shots! When the posed/people photos are done though she's brilliant at discreetly documenting all the other little details going on. One other plus for us was that she's happy to dropbox the digital files without any additional fee. I'm a designer by trade so I knew I would want to put together my own album and print some individual shots (though this is something she can help arrange if you want). My only other note might be that she's often really busy, particularly in peak wedding season, so you might have to wait a day or so to get a reply on email. It took around 6 weeks to get our wedding photos back but she touches up all the photos and there's literally 500 of them. We're so pleased with them!

Nicola is an incredibly skilled photographer. She has a great eye and editing style for wedding shoots. We are delighted with how our photos turned out, and, even though our location was slightly less traditional (busy central London),Nicola accommodated and did a wonderful job. She's very friendly, flexible and we found her very easy to work with. I definitely recommend her!
LOST ALL PHOTOS AFTER THE CHURCH. That’s right. She told us 4 weeks after the wedding that her second memory card was corrupt. She said on the phone to me “that’s the risk you take when booking a photographer”. Gave us 300 photos as agreed by booking but literally gave us every photo she had taken and only from the church so majority were unusable. Then had the cheek to say “but I gave you 300 photos”. Not one photo of our entrance, cake, speech’s, tables, only two photo types of me with my kids (both from church). She was 15 minutes LATE to my house. She agreed to do the booking for 800 and then after she messed up the photos she tried to use that as a reason that we should be grateful for what we got! She is rude and un-apologetic and I can’t understand why she even wants to be a photographer. This was a very stressful experience and her lack of compassion for the situation made it worse. I suspect now that her 15 5* reviews are made up from family and friends. One other person has left a review that almost coupled how we feel from using her service. Appalling customer service. Offered us a “Good will, honourable” 100 back!!! That’s testament to how disrespectful she was about the whole situation. When my husband threatened to take her to court that turned to 300. All over the place, not organised, not prepared. I am so upset that I still haven’t shared one image with family and friends. DO NOT BOOK THIS LADY.
Nicola is fantastic, she made me feel very relaxed and at ease on the day as I really don't like having my photograph taken! She took some beautiful photos of our wedding and captured the emotion throughout the day. Also the lighting is really good you would not believe it had been a dull day by looking at the photos. We would not hesitate to recommend Nicola and will certainly use her again for any family events.
Nicola did an amazing job at capturing the essence of our wedding day in every photograph. She was professional, but down to earth and friendly. She managed to get some brilliant shots of everyone and some beautiful photos of me and my husband. I would highly recommend her and can’t thank her enough
